Example #1:
Administrative Services Intranet Project:
- Redesign the information architecture of the two existing Intranet sites to be one single web site by winter of 2003.
- Identify and develop business area content (instructions, forms and information provided by Admin Services divisions) for all administrative functions identified in the sites information architecture by spring of 2003.
- Build a new Intranet site that provides administrative services and incorporates best practices for web usability and content management by summer of 2003.

Digital Copier Conversion Project:
In support of the project goal, the project seeks to complete the following objectives by July 2003:
- Standardize equipment for document copying, printing, faxing and scanning for the agency;
- Standardize service, maintenance and supplies for document reproduction devices with a single vendor;
- Establish a centralized billing process under a single vendor contract;
Example #3:
IT Security Project:
- Establish a formal and documented AGO Information Technology (IT) Security Program to include practices, procedures, standards and guidelines established as a result of this project by October 2003.
- Establish an AGO Office Policy for Information Technology Security based on the accepted practices, procedures, standards and guidelines defined as a result of this project by October 2003.
- Establish a formal and documented AGO IT Disaster Recovery Program by October 2003.
- Establish a secure, remote access system that provides AGO employees access to the AGO Network via the Internet with an encrypted connection to work from any place, any time by October 2003.
- Establish a new service to digitally sign and encrypt documents as required for transport outside the AGO system by December of 2003.
- Implement Maintenance & Operations plans that ensure on-going, annual review of the IT Security and Disaster Recovery Programs established by this project including identifying agency Security Officers for AGO Facilities, Personnel, Training, Telecommunications and Information Technology areas by December of 2003.
- Develop and administer IT security training materials for Agency employees based on accepted practices, procedures, standards and guidelines established as a result of this project by December of 2003.
