Model Contracts and User Instructions

The Information Services Board (ISB) developed policies and standards governing the acquisition of information technology (IT) resources. State agencies undertaking IT acquisitions must comply with the ISB Information Technology Investment Policy. Agencies undertaking IT acquisitions should also be familiar with the ISB Information Technology Investment Standards.

These Model Contract templates contain terms and conditions, explanations and instructions for the purchase of equipment, software or IT services (personal or purchased). IT Personal Services are also under the purchasing authority of the Office of Financial Management (OFM) and requires compliance with the OFM contracting requirements.
