Decision Point 3 & 4

The "Feasibility Study & Investment Plan" and "Funding" stages are the same as in the current process and Policy.

The agency incorporates the analysis of the issues raised in the previous steps into the feasibility study, along with the substance of the discussion with the ISB core systems Sub-Committee. The ISB decides whether to grant approval to an agency's Investment Plan. The agency prepares a decision package if they have not yet received funding.
